Fresh Start is United Foreclosure Relief's pre-foreclosure resolution service for homeowners facing the loss of their home. UFR helps the homeowner understand their options, coordinates with their lender and lienholders, tracks every deadline in the foreclosure timeline, and provides a neutral directory of licensed brokerages in the homeowner's area so they can choose who lists the property. The goal is to give the homeowner time and clarity to sell at market value before the foreclosure sale, preserving any equity in the home.
Fresh Start includes five service components: Foreclosure Education, Lender Coordination, Timeline Management, Neutral Brokerage Directory, and Lien Coordination. UFR is paid a flat fee through escrow at closing only, never in advance.
A Fresh Start is designed for homeowners who are facing a Notice of Default or Notice of Trustee’s Sale and may have a date set for their home to be sold at a public auction
When a qualifying homeowner decides they're ready for A Fresh Start , United Foreclosure Relief will then act as their advocate and work with their lender to stop their foreclosure.
After the foreclosure has been stopped, United Foreclosure Relief will help the homeowner list their home with one of their trusted real estate agencies. These agencies work with United Foreclosure Relief and understand how A Fresh Start benefits the homeowner, and they truly want to help them receive the highest equity possible when their home is sold.
After the home is sold, the homeowner will have their new equity, there will be no foreclosure on their credit, and they will be ready for A Fresh Start and a new journey.
