Fresh Start Service
The goal of the Fresh Start service is to help homeowners retain as much equity as possible instead of losing it all at a trustee sale.
A homeowner facing foreclosure contacts United Foreclosure Relief directly or is introduced to us by an agent. After the homeowner signs a service agreement, we support them as they request a foreclosure postponement from their mortgage servicer.
After the postponement request, the homeowner chooses any agent or brokerage they prefer to list their home for sale. We provide each homeowner with an alphabetical, neutral brokerage list in states where the Fresh Start service is available.
